INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Right this moment throughout Work Truck Week® 2023, David Scheitlin, director of operations at Holman—Manufacturing & Distribution (Roanoke, Indiana), was put in as 59th Board chair of NTEA—The Affiliation for the Work Truck Business. He accepted the place from instant previous Board chair Tina Albright, vice chairman of human relations & security at Truck Our bodies & Gear Worldwide Inc.—TBEI (Lake Crystal, Minnesota), a subsidiary of Federal Sign Company (Oak Brook, Illinois).

“For almost 30 years, I’ve seen how necessary our business firms are the place we stay and work,” stated Scheitlin. “It’s been an honor serving our vibrant business car neighborhood as a part of NTEA’s Board, and I’m excited for this subsequent chapter serving as Board chair.”

Scheitlin’s business profession started in 1994 when he joined Auto Truck Group (now Holman), working to study the enterprise in operations and within the engineering division. In 1996, he relocated inside the group, turning into operations supervisor of Auto Truck Group LLC—Fort Wayne (previously Fort Wayne Fleet Gear). Three years later, he helped begin Louisville Truck Gear, whereas retaining his tasks on the Fort Wayne facility. All through his profession, he helped begin two different new services and is presently director of operations with duty for 3 manufacturing services.   

His instructional background from Purdue College (West Lafayette, Indiana) features a bachelor’s diploma in aeronautical and aerospace engineering and a grasp’s of science in administration.

Since being elected to NTEA’s Board in 2018, Scheitlin has labored to additional Affiliation and business progress. Along with serving on the Government Committee, in recent times he’s chaired the Providers Committee, Finance & Funding Committee, Knowledge Committee and Board Growth & Recruitment Committee. As well as, he’s been concerned with the Schooling Committee, Chassis Liaison Committee, Enterprise Growth Working Group and MVP Process Pressure.
